Dear Sir,

 

I regret to inform you,that during cargo discharging at berth No 41 & 25.my vessel has suffered damages inside cgo hds No 3,5,6,7.

 

Above damages have been caused by stevedores due to mishandling of machine/equipment during cgo discharging operation of my vessel.

 

Despite of my prepared damaged report & queries to Foreman & Agent as when to commence & complete repairs,no any reply,no any positive feed back from both of them as the vessel's expect to complete discharge cargo by tomorrow morning.

 

Due to the above mentioned damages,I hold the stevedoring company of port of Yantai responsible for the damages caused & for all the consequences & liabilities,delays which may arise there from, or which I kindly request you to advise the said stevedoring company & all parties conserned.
